Landscape Design Jacksonville Florida

Landscape Design Jacksonville Florida and it isn’t easy to own and maintain rental properties.  It’s your hard earned money, your investment, your home and you’re trusting it to strangers.  This property was a rental for 10 years and after her kids were grown the owner decided it was time to downsize and move back in.  She hired us to re-landscape the overgrown and neglected yard.  What we found was not unlike most rentals we are hired to fix.  The irrigation was broken in half a dozen places.  There was no way the renter was running the irrigation regularly like she told the homeowner she was.  This is why the entire front yard had to be resoded.

First we started will all of the irrigation repairs.  Once we had that up and running, we removed all of the overgrown shrubs blocking the windows.  We added some small trees which will eventually grow and create some shade for the front of the house.  There was a small area on the side where poorly installed pavers Jacksonville Fl and St Augustine Fl were located.  We pulled them up and reset them properly for a small seating area.  The front yard and side were completely re landscaped, re-mulched and we did some extensive stump grinding.  We completed the yard with 6 pallets of St Augustine grass.

Overall the landscape design Jacksonville Florida and St Augustine Florida looked great.  I wish I could report it stayed this way but there was a delay in the homeowner moving in.  She neglected the new plant material and some of the plants died because the renters once again turned off the water.  I always explain to my new customers, my work is only as good as the maintenance.  Plants are living things which require regular watering and fertilization to look their best.
